The Security Program Manager leads and coordinates the security program for a very large, high‑profile key client whose environment is in the construction phase and positioned for significant ongoing growth. Serving as the primary point of contact for the client, this role is responsible for the overall management of the client’s security program, including client service, problem resolution, preparation of post orders, billing and collections, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. The Security Program Manager builds and scales a robust security program that can support rapid expansion, working closely with the client, project stakeholders, and internal teams to define security requirements, set priorities, and oversee implementation. They ensure the execution and delivery of all service requirements in full compliance with the client’s Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), and Securitas standards.
