Description
As a Security Guard at Club Med Bali, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property within our vibrant resort environment. You will maintain a visible presence, respond to incidents, and uphold Club Med's high standards of guest experience while ensuring a secure and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Job Responsibilities:
• Patrol designated areas of the resort, including guest rooms, public spaces, facilities, and perimeter, to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
• Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV, alarms) and respond promptly to any alerts or suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and security systems, reporting any deficiencies.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, including disturbances, theft, medical emergencies, and lost property, documenting findings accurately.
• Enforce resort policies and procedures to maintain order and ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
• Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns, providing helpful and professional assistance.
• Collaborate with other resort departments, including front desk, guest services, and management, to address security matters effectively.
• Control access points to restricted areas, verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily logs of security activities and observations.
• Provide first aid and emergency assistance as needed, following established protocols.
Job Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.
• Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Excellent observation skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or emergency situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and staff.
• Good physical condition, capable of prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further security training or certifications are desirable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
