Some of the key responsibilities of the role include
• Teaching across various subjects or your specialism
• Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Supporting students of all abilities
• Maintaining discipline and delivering high-quality lessons
• Assessing and recording pupil progress
• Staying current with curriculum developments
• Communicating effectively with staff, students, and parents
• Collaborating flexibly with colleagues, especially in smaller schools
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include

The successful candidate will have
• Experience teaching in Secondary education
• Passion for planning and delivering inspiring lessons
• Strong classroom management and adaptability across subjects
• Ability to align with the school’s ethos and values
