Location: Koh Samui, Surat Thani, Thailand Windfield International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Science Teacher to join our international team. The successful candidate will inspire students to explore scientific concepts, develop critical thinking skills, and apply scientific knowledge through engaging and inquiry-based learning. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the school curriculum. Teach scientific concepts across relevant areas such as Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Develop students’ scientific understanding, investigation skills, and problem-solving abilities. Design practical experiments and hands-on learning activities. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating laboratory and classroom environment. Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources. Encourage curiosity, independent thinking, and a passion for scientific discovery. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support student achievement. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Science, Science Education, or a related field. Recognized teaching qualification or teaching license. Previous experience teaching Secondary Science, preferably within an international or British curriculum. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to deliver engaging practical and theoretical Science lessons. Excellent English proficiency.
