Job Description Summary:
Responsible for routine tasks in packing belt operations across various departments. Tasks could include stocking, catching, scaling, straightening, and box forming.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs safely and consistently.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of safely operating machinery and equipment.
• Willingness and ability to learn and adhere to quality control procedures.
• Physically able to remain on feet and mobile for the duration of the assigned shift (shift lengths may vary).
The roles are scheduled to commence in September/October and conclude in December, with an orientation date set for September . Seasonal employees are expected to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
Pay:
Starting Hourly Rate: $ 20 . 8 5
Shift Differential: $.50 per hour if shifts start at 12:01pm – 3:59am
