The Opportunity: McCarthy Uniforms is hiring Seasonal and Part-Time Retail Sales Associates at our Cambridge store, located at 44 Saltsman Drive Cambridge, ON Key Responsibilities: • Providing exceptional customer service • Dealing professionally and effectively with customer inquiries and concerns • Informing and advising customers of each school’s uniform pieces, including the logos, as well as compulsory and optional items • Informing our customers of proper product and garment care instructions • Replenishing and organizing stock according to merchandising and visual presentation plans • Participating in the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire store • Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Thrive in a team-oriented and fast paced environment • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends • Available for shifts from July to September 6, 2026 • 1+ years of retail experience is an asset, but not a requirement McCarthy Uniforms strives to make our recruitment and selection processes as accessible as possible.
