The Seasonal Recruiting & Operations Coordinator is responsible for owning and driving our temporary/seasonal recruitment cycles while supporting core People and Operational workflows. This role requires high attention to detail, exceptional candidate care, and strong tactical execution. This is a temporary role expected to run through December 15, 2026. While there may be the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role depending on business needs, candidates should apply with the understanding that the position is currently scoped as a fixed-term role.  Civitech is a remote-first company hiring within our current footprint of 29 states (AL, AK, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY); Civitech does have an office in Austin, TX.
