The Seasonal Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for mitigating inventory shrinkage and protecting bottom-line profits by collaborating with operations and support teams to implement and maintain comprehensive loss prevention programs. This role requires a demonstrated ability to cultivate trust, conduct investigations, manage security staff, and leverage CCTV and exception reporting tools to identify and eliminate shrink risk. The Seasonal Loss Prevention Specialist delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

• Partner with the Loss Prevention Supervisor on daily, weekly, and monthly LP metrics and reporting to ensure alignment across site leadership and support teams.
• Manage security staff and assist in the maintenance and coordination of physical security programs, ensuring consistent execution across the facility.
• Collaborate with operations, human resources, and other support teams to advance departmental projects and foster a cohesive loss prevention culture across the network.

• Foster a loss prevention-rich environment that inspires a culture of commitment to shrink reduction, ensuring product integrity and availability for fans.
• Verify inventory integrity within the location to support accurate fulfillment and a seamless fan experience.
