Description
The NFL Digital Media Technical Operations team is seeking a seasonal coordinator to support the team with ad campaign management, analytical, creative design, and technical tasks. The coordinator will be expected to develop a deep understanding of NFL digital products and serve as a central communication point for all gameday operational activities. This person should have strong communication skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment. This position will communicate with club media contacts, third-party vendors, product management, technology, and business development.  Responsibilities Follow best ad trafficking practices and procedures using Google Ad Manager and AdBook platforms in campaign delivery and management. Execute ad trafficking updates such as ad campaign optimization, delivery schedule, creative rotation, and key-value targeting. Document and maintain department processes and best practices. Troubleshoot ad trafficking issues, ensuring campaigns deliver in full and track any abnormalities. Update and maintain an online digital ad informational site that provides technical support and best practices for ad campaign management. Help the Ad Operations team manage workload and support clubs and other Digital Media teams for all issues related to ad serving. Provide technical support to the League’s clubs during game days and around League events (i.e., NFL Draft, Combine). Communicating with club contacts during game days to provide a forum for updates, questions, and insight. Other responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience working in online advertising. Knowledge of data collection and site analytics platforms. Well-organized; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving ability; highly motivated to drive positive change. Solid understanding of ad campaign measurement metrics associated with online advertising. Strong knowledge of sports and digital sports products. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or related field is preferred. Ad server experience in Google Ad Manager is a plus. Other Key Attributes / Characteristics Ability to understand and document business rules Ability to quickly learn new systems and programs Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Avid interest and knowledge of NFL football Excels collaborating with team Terms / Expected Hours of Work 40 hours per week Seasonal, 7-month role Must be flexible to work weekends (specifically Sundays in-season) Must be able to work all NFL game days, including Preseason, Regular Season and Playoffs, in-office. Must be able to work on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's). Required to work from Inglewood, CA office. Not a remote role. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range.
