Description Responsibilities: • Is intentional and consistent at integrating faith into living relationships • Demonstrates classroom management (routine, discipline) appropriate for grade level assigned • Exhibits organization, preparation, and transitioning in planning • Provides sufficient and clear expectations at all times • Supervises student learning activities and other supervisory duties actively and well, during and outside of instructional time • Decisions, changes, and choices are student and God centered • Respects expectations outlined in the Parent/Student Handbook • Other duties as assigned by the administrator Reports To: • Building principal Requirements Spiritual Requirements: • Affirms Bethel’s statements of faith • Affirmance of being a born-again Christian • Will serve as an example of Christ’s love • Lives according to Bethel’s biblical standards • Regular church attendance and involvement in a church that is like-faith
