  School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA  (Nassau/Suffolk County)     Family of Kidz is hiring and has immediate openings! Support professional growth of employees in collaboration with Assistant Director (e.g., structed feedback, ongoing training, team building activities, PIP's, disciplinary action).  Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned school districts. Responsible for reliable transportation.  Coach direct support staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training. Work collaboratively and professionally with school personnel to ensure that students' needs are met. Provide group training or professional developments as needed. Provide BCBA/ LBA Supervision and support group supervision opportunities as needed. Participate in weekly meetings with Assistant Director and fellow supervisors. Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records in accordance with BACB and company standards. Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.   Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.  And More!    About You:   If you have these attributes:   Passionate to work with children, adolescents, families and direct care providers. Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians. Masters Degree in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.  BCBA required.
