Are you ready?  About your role  We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Utilities Cloud Project Manager to lead and oversee our SAP Utilities Cloud implementation projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, extensive experience with SAP Utilities Cloud, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Experience in Utilities industry will be an added advantage.    You..  Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience  Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences  Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel  Provide strategic direction and leadership for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.  Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and quality assurance.  Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO level key stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.  Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project success.  Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems within the organization.  Proven experience as SAP Programme / Project Manager    Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, tools and methods, including SAP Activate  Understanding of SAP’s functional and technical solutions. Examples could be S/4, SAP Utilities and/or SAP IS-U, RISE, Cloud Migrations, Public Cloud and BTP  Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting    Required Qualifications  10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in SAP Utilities or SAP S/4HANA environments  Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects, including greenfield, cloud migration, and transformation programs  Strong Understanding of SAP Utilities, SAP IS-U, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP  Proficiency in project management methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall  Demonstrated ability to manage CxO-level stakeholder relationships and drive strategic alignment  Experience in budgeting, risk management, and performance evaluation  Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C2)  Willingness to travel for project-related engagements     Preferred Qualifications  SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager  Certification in Project Management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2  Experience with SAP Cloud for Utilities, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP  Familiarity with Public Cloud deployments and Agile delivery models  Utilities industry experience, including regulatory and operational frameworks  Prove
