SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards Consultant
We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards Consultant to support a key HR systems programme focused on compensation, rewards governance, and process optimisation.
Key responsibilities
Support configuration and improvement of Total Rewards processes within SuccessFactors
Work with compensation, HR, and systems teams on process requirements
Help deliver enhancements around bonus planning, salary reviews, and reward workflows
Support testing, release management, and business readiness activities
Assist with user adoption and reporting improvements
Profile sought
Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation / Rewards
Good functional understanding of total rewards processes
Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills
Previous experience in HR transformation programmes preferred
