SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support an ongoing HR transformation programme for a large international client.
Key responsibilities
Support configuration and optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
Work with HR, payroll, and project stakeholders on requirements and design
Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, and deployment
Assist with data validation, process alignment, and post-go-live improvements
Support integration discussions with other HR systems
Profile sought
Proven experience on SuccessFactors Employee Central
Good understanding of core HR processes
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders
Strong experience in transformation or rollout environments
French language is a plus
