SAP SuccessFactors Consultant We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support ongoing implementations, enhancements, and optimisation initiatives for a leading organisation based in Ireland. This is a contract role offering the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level HR transformation programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors modulesEngage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutionsProvide functional expertise across one or more SuccessFactors modules (see below)Support integrations, testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live activitiesTroubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation supportProduce functional documentation and best-practice recommendationsCollaborate with technical teams, HR, and project stakeholdersRequired Skills & ExperienceProven hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors ConsultantStrong functional knowledge of one or more modules, such as: Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, CompensationExperience working on end-to-end implementations and/or large-scale enhancementsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a contract environmentSAP SuccessFactors certification(s) highly desirable Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
