SAP SuccessFactors Architect
An exciting new SAP HR / SuccessFactors Architect position has arisen, within a leading global consulting business.
As the SAP SuccessFactors Architect you you will have the responsibility of working across complex, large-scale SuccessFactors implementations for a range of high-profile clients. You must be comfortable leading cross-functional teams on large global projects and managing business process design and transformation.
This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure at a group level, with the chance to play a pivotal role in major HR technology change.
• UK Wide Locations considered – Flexibility to travel circa 3 days per week
• Candidates MUST be eligible for Security Clearance – SC level. UK National – No travel outside of the UK for more than 28 days consecutively
Do you have:
• Strong expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules?
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and how they interconnect across Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, and other HR domains?
• Strong architecture design and leadership skills?
• Experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations? (Minimum 3)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement / relationship management skills?
