Join Our Dynamic Team as a Senior GL & S4 Hana Project Accountant in Prague to join our Finance team. The role is offered as a 2-year fixed-term contract The SAP Implementation Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting across the AEI region. This role supports core RTR, P2P, and OTC processes, contributes to a smooth SAP S/4HANA implementation, and partners cross-functionally to drive end-to-end process adoption. Through strong accounting expertise, active involvement in month-end close and a focus on operational excellence, the Senior GL & S4 Hana Project Accountant helps strengthen financial controls and supports the company’s overall business objectives. What You’ll Do • Act as a key finance representative in the SAP S/4HANA project, collaborating closely with ABS market managers and project teams to ensure a streamlined and effective implementation aligned with project plans and deliverables. • Integrate finance and accounting requirements into the implementation, proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues to support a smooth transition and stable BAU operations. • Support business users through training, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure readiness and proper adoption of new processes. • Support regional BAU activities during integration downtime. • Partner with ABS teams to support the achievement of BAU KPIs during and after the implementation phase. • Collaborate with automation teams, IT, digital experts, and finance business partners to define requirements, align solutions, and ensure timely project delivery. • Support project documentation and governance, including change management, stakeholder approvals, and clear communication of updates to all relevant teams and councils. • Review, update, and enhance finance-related SOPs within the ABS framework to reflect new SAP S/4HANA workflows, controls, and reporting requirements. Requirements : • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field. • Experience: 5+ years in end-to-end finance processes (across R2R / O2C / P2P where possible), including transformation, governance, and systems; FMCG/manufacturing experience is a plus. • Skills: Fluent in English;. Strong SAP skills required; SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, and process/document mapping tools advantageous. • Other: Experience leading process implementation or harmonization, working in Finance GBS functions, and collaborating with regional/matrix teams. Strong stakeholder management skills a plus.
