This role is as much about people as it is about technology. We are building a collaborative, high-trust team, and we expect our Senior Principal to champion that culture from the top. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs across multiple concurrent client engagements Own the delivery strategy, solution architecture, and quality outcomes for SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations Serve as the primary trusted advisor to C-suite and senior client stakeholders across complex, multi-stakeholder environments Drive the adoption of SAP tools including SAP HANA, WalkMe, and Signavio across transformation programs Nice to have - SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (SAP EPPM) ; Flexible Real Estate Management (SAP RE-FX) ; Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) experience  Define and embed best-practice delivery methodologies, templates, and accelerators across the practice Mentor and develop senior consultants and principals, building deep capability within the t
