About the Role Bring the magic of the season to life!  As a photographer at Santa’s Hideaway Adventure, you'll create a warm, festive atmosphere while capturing memories for guests to cherish for years to come! ***Please Note- This is a Seasonal role with a tentative start date of October 15th*** Position Responsibilities Photograph guests in posed and candid positions with Santa. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Ensure guests photos meet guest’s expectations. Maintain established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times. Assist with station assignments, rotation planning, and opening/closing/securing the room at shift change or according to established hours of operation, etc. Knowledge of safety/guest liability procedures for guests and employees Use of radios with headsets and earpieces for communication may be utilized in designated outlets.   Essential Functions Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment. Must be able to work irregular shift assignments, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to multi-task including but not limited to answering the phone, greeting guests, rearranging reservations, etc. Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move    throughout the casino/hotel areas. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Must be able to read, write and understand English. Requirements Experience as a photographer preferred - at least 6 months. Passion for photography with an eye for capturing both posed and candid moments. A passion for the holiday season and creating memorable experiences Availability for evenings, weekends and peak holiday hours Dependable, enthusiastic, outgoing, and professional attitude Comfortable greeting and working with families and children   Ability to work in a high pressure environment Must have reliable transportation  Benefits Free meal on shift Training & Development Free onsite garage parking One free photo package per staff member during the season Pay Rate: $22.00/per hour ***Please Note- This is a Seasonal role with a tentative start date of October 15th***
