Working schedule: 8-hour working day including a 30-minute lunch break Belgian working calendar and public holidays apply Role Overview The Salesforce Technical Configurator will work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to accelerate Salesforce improvements, execute system changes, maintain platform reliability, and provide technical support. The current Product Owner combines multiple responsibilities, including business analysis, stakeholder management, Salesforce configuration, and daily operational support. This role will provide hands-on Salesforce expertise, allowing the Product Owner to focus more on business requirements, stakeholder alignment, and future architecture decisions. The assignment is expected to last 3 months (September–November/December 2026) , with the potential to develop into a long-term partnership for future Salesforce initiatives. Responsibilities Configure and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Analyze, implement, and maintain Salesforce changes using a configuration-first approach Design and manage complex Salesforce data models, flows, validation rules, permissions, and automation Troubleshoot Salesforce functionality, including Apex, LWC, SOQL queries, and integrations Support daily Salesforce operations, including: Support mailbox triage Bug investigation and resolution User support and guidance Report and dashboard creation Ensure Salesforce implementations follow the client’s architecture standards, including: Naming conventions Security model Permission framework Platform governance principles Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and user enablement materials Collaborate with the Product Owner, business users, and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable Salesforce solutions
