J ob Title: Salesforce Administrator & APEX Develop er Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Will Rogers Building) – Hybrid Required Core Skills: Salesforce, APEX Overview: WiredPeople is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer for a long-term contract engagement within our IT department. In this role, you will focus on the daily management, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of our critical Workforce solution built on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, resolve technical issues efficiently, and support our essential workforce operations. You must possess a confident, hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including seamless navigation, form management, and precise execution of field-level security. Key Responsibilities: Platform Management: Manage the daily operations, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of the Salesforce Workforce solution. Form & Security Configuration: Design, configure, update, and maintain forms. Configure and maintain field-level security and data validations on all forms. APEX Development: Write, test, and maintain APEX code to support custom functionality and system integrations. User & Profile Management: Manage and maintain profiles, roles, and permission sets for both end-users and service accounts. Database Querying: Utilize strong SOQL skills for database management, including handling and optimizing queries for peak performance and executing complex cross-table queries. Qualifications & Requirements: Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and APEX Developer. Independent Execution: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete technical deliverables in a timely fashion. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly effective at status reporting and conducting requirements discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
