Key Responsibilities As a Sales Valuer at Johns&Co, you will: • Oversea and manage a portfolio of properties • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing their feedback and concerns • Strategically evaluate and implement price reductions to optimise property sales • Negotiate effectively while adhering to the company’s fee structure • Organise and carry out Market Appraisals • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments and local amenities Who We're Looking For • Previous experience in a senior sales position or valuer within Estate Agency • Adaptable and resilient • Track record of success – achieving and exceeding targets • A strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation • Strong attention to detail • Hold a valid driving licence (essential) Benefits At Johns&Co, we value our team members and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment.
