A globally established investment management firm is looking to recruit in their Sales Support team. This is a well-respected team in the business and they are looking for a candidate that is motivated, hardworking and keen to learn. Core responsibilities: Provide sales support for all fund and company related information requests Complete RFPs, DDQs, DDDs and pro-formas Co-ordinate with the sales teams on content, context, deadlines and client needs Liaise with all company departments to complete and help peer review RFPs and DDQs Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of Qvidian Work closely with senior stakeholders across the Distribution business Candidate Profile: 2+ years experience in the investment management industry Industry relevant qualifications would be a plus Excellent organisational skills Strong knowledge of the institutional market Confident in working alongside senior management, with experience in working with a global team Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously German language skills are required “Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
