Description
Capri-Sun is looking for an experienced, passionate and sales supervisor to join our team. As a sales supervisor you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding the sales and distribution objectives in the respective channel/region to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy. Responsibilities: • Achieve the sales target • Set and achieve or exceed sales/revenue targets specified in the sales channel business plan, and control/monitor sales budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources across the company's different businesses. • Develop new customers: Develop channels and end customers as required by the company to achieve long-term growth goals. • Complete marketing support: Coordinate with marketing manager to ensure that marketing tools are provided to customers to increase brand awareness and thus achieve business objectives. • Market visits: Make regular market visits to check the route coverage and availability of the company's products in the market, the activities of competitors, and look for new business opportunities in order to maintain the customer base and increase market share. • Sales systems: Develop and maintain efficient distribution networks and efficient routes to ensure timely delivery and a higher level of service to the company's customers. • Finance and Accounting: Coordinate with finance manager to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and control collections and receivables. • Implement marketing activities: Coordinate the execution of marketing and promotional activities. • Analyze the impact of such promotions and submit an evaluation report to the sales manager. Profile: • College degree or above • More than 5 years of FMCG sales experience in food, water and beverages with the most recent position, currently responsible for casual snacks, modern channels or direct distribution channels. • Good business finance and digital expertise • Good sales performance • Presentation + negotiation skills and excellent leadership skills to motivate and drive teams • Solve problems in a professional and mature manner with the ability to build relationships • Excellent analytical skills • Communication and problem solving skills • Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills • Ability to independently develop new markets and work from 0 to 1
