Harmony Design Group, a premier landscape architecture and construction firm, is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to help drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences throughout New Jersey and New York. Since 2005, Harmony Design Group has been designing and building stunning outdoor living spaces for discerning residential clients. Our projects are high-end, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, creating an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing complex projects. What We Offer • Base salary plus commission • Year 1 compensation expected to be $85,000-$115,000+ • Company-sponsored medical benefits • 401(k) with profit sharing • 2 weeks paid vacation • 1 week paid sick leave • 6 paid company holidays What You'll Do • Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, goals, and project needs • Develop and present proposals, pricing, and design concepts in collaboration with our design team • Manage the sales process from initial consultation through signed contract • Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM records • Partner with design and construction teams to ensure a seamless project handoff • Generate new business through networking, referrals, community events, and industry relationships What We're Looking For • 5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a service-based industry (such as landscaping or construction) • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Experience managing multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously • Proficiency with CRM systems (Aspire experience is a plus) • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven If you're passionate about helping clients bring their outdoor visions to life and want to represent a respected, growing company known for exceptional work, we'd love to hear from you.
