Summary The Sales Professional focuses on building client relationships and delivering memorable service with a passion for timepieces and jewelry. They maintain up-to-date product knowledge and present products through storytelling and technical detail while supporting showroom hospitality. The role requires flexibility for showroom hours, including evenings and weekends, and responsibility for administrative and client service tasks. Responsibilities • Present products to clients using storytelling and technical details to create a hospitable atmosphere. • Build, maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM and relationship-building techniques. • Maintain product and industry knowledge across brands and collections. • Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage. • Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines and handle client repairs and deliveries. • Complete administrative tasks and use required systems, hardware and software independently. • Collaborate with team members and turn clients to colleagues when appropriate. Requirements • High school diploma. • Minimum 1 year retail sales experience. • Excellent storytelling ability and passion for timepieces and/or jewelry. • Strong client service and selling skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Good organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work as a team. • Availability for showroom hours including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for long periods and lift packages/boxes. • Computer literate (e.g., MS Office).
