Commercial Operations & Sales Support Coordinator Wellcann International Inc. – Vaughan, ON About Wellcann Wellcann International is a licensed cannabis producer focused on premium brands including Far Out Crops, Buzz'd and Rosinstar. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support our Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced and growing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, balancing office operations, logistics, customer service, marketing coordination, and sales support. Position Overview The Commercial Operations & Sales Support Coordinator will split their time between operational administration and commercial support functions. Approximately 50% of the role focuses on managing labels, logistics, submissions, inventory, and office administration, while the remaining 50% supports sales and marketing initiatives, retailer communications, customer service, sample programs, events, and product launches. Key Responsibilities Operations & Office Administration • Manage label inventory, printing, verification, and quality control • Review GS1 barcodes, lot codes, packaging details, and regulatory requirements • Coordinate logistics, shipments, deliveries, and receiving activities • Prepare documentation required for customer orders and transportation • Maintain office supply inventory and purchasing requirements • Support Operations Manager with reporting, purchasing, and process documentation • Coordinate product submissions for provincial boards and distributors Sales & Marketing Support • Coordinate sample requests for retailers, distributors, and buyers • Prepare and track sample shipments across Canada • Contact retail stores to introduce products and support sales initiatives • Manage stock status reports and sales communications • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer outreach • Support customer service and complaint resolution processes • Coordinate marketing assets, photography, and creative requests Qualifications • 2+ years experience in office administration, logistics, sales support, marketing coordination, or a similar role • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable working with Excel, Google Workspace, and inventory systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in cannabis, CPG, manufacturing, distribution, or regulated industries is considered an asset Preferred Skills • Experience with GS1 barcodes and product labeling • Understanding of provincial cannabis distribution systems • Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) • Customer service and inside sales experience • Event coordination experience What We Offer • 6-month contract at $30–35/hour (40 hours/week) with intention to convert to full-time. • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding cannabis company • Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment • Exposure to operations, marketing, sales, and product development Pay: From $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
