About the Role We are seeking a results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager – Fire Fighting Systems and Fire Trucks to grow our commercial presence in Indonesia market. The role combines technical product knowledge, channel development and direct sales activities across fire suppression systems, fire fighting vehicles, pump sets and associated equipment. The successful candidate will develop strategies to win new business, maintain relationships with specifiers and purchasers, and work closely with engineering, operations and aftermarket teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for fire fighting systems, fire trucks, pumps, foam and ancillary equipment to achieve revenue and margin targets. Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across municipal, industrial, commercial sectors; manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award. Manage and grow relationships with consultants, specifiers, end users, OEMs, fleet owners, fire brigades and contractors to secure specifications and purchases. Produce and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and capability briefs; support site surveys and customer meetings as required. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and tender submissions in collaboration with estimation and engineering teams; ensure pricing, scope and delivery timescales are clear. Coordinate with engineering, production and procurement to ensure products and vehicles meet customer requirements, regulatory standards and delivery schedules. Develop and manage distribution channels and dealer networks where applicable; provide training, commercial support and performance monitoring for partners. Lead marketing activities including product launches, trade shows, technical seminars, digital campaigns and collateral development to raise brand awareness and generate leads. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies and commercial propositions. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM/ERP systems; provide regular forecasting and sales reports to senior management. Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable safety, quality and regulatory requirements including relevant British Standards and industry codes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Business, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience. Minimum 4–7 years' proven sales experience in fire fighting systems, fire trucks, pumps or heavy vehicle sales; experience in the Indonesian market is preferred. Good technical understanding of fire pump sets, chassis integration, water/foam systems, valves and related fire suppression equipment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning contracts through tendering and relationship development. Experience dealing with public sector procurement and private sector clients, including tender processes and compliance documentation. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prepare margin-aware proposals and negotiate contractual terms. Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems; comfortable producing reports and sales forecasts. Preferred Skills Experience with dealer management, aftersales and service contracts for specialist vehicles or plant equipment. Knowledge of industry standards and approvals relevant to fire fighting vehicles and systems (e.g., SNI, EN, BS, NFPA familiarity desirable). Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical specifications into commercial offers and to manage complex bids.
