Morgan Healey Exclusive Location: Singapore (Hybrid Working) Salary: SGD 100,000 Basic + Bonus Our client, a global scientific publisher, requires a new Sales Manager for their Books & Journals portfolios, based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver digital content sales strategies for eBooks and journals to meet or exceed annual targets • Lead strategic sales engagement with institutions, libraries, consortia, and digital aggregators • Build and maintain strong relationships across the academic and digital publishing ecosystem • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new digital opportunities • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams on portfolio, pricing, and licensing strategy • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing digital sales team • Work cross-functionally to strengthen digital presence and customer experience across your territory • Drive long-term digital business growth while protecting profitability and trading standards Skills & Experience: • Significant sales experience in STM / academic publishing or digital content sales • Strong understanding of eBook and journal markets, licensing models, and digital channels • Commercially minded with proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder-management abilities • Customer-focused, with a track record of building long-term partnerships • High professional integrity, sound judgment, and accountability • Detail-oriented, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
