As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be a people-focused leader who empowers, coaches, and supports your team to succeed through clear expectations, regular feedback, and a strong focus on growth and development. You will oversee all aspects of team leadership, including performance management, resource planning, goal setting, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the team. You’ll ensure processes and minimum standards are consistently followed while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, driving productivity, and helping create a culture where people can thrive. This is a full-time position based out of our Toronto, Canada office on a hybrid basis, with the opportunity to work from home two days per week. The salary range for this position is $70,000–$74,000 CAD, plus a competitive benefits package and a range of excellent perks. Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: Experience managing a high-performing sales team, with a proven ability to achieve targets and KPIs Exposure to the travel industry and/or call center operations Previous team management experience, including training, coaching, and developing team members Management training and/or qualifications are advantageous Personal and/or professional travel experience within our destinations Experience using and understanding computer reservation systems and CRMs Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills Please note We recognize that AI use in applications is becoming more common.
