Royal Ocean Marine is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our client marine sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies and initiatives that drive growth within the marine sector. This role requires a deep understanding of marine products and services, along with a passion for building relationships and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for marine products. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a high-performance culture. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, distributors, and key stakeholders in the marine industry. Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with business goals. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategy proposals to senior management. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the marine or maritime industry. Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive results. Strong knowledge of marine products and associated markets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and make strategic decisions.
