We’re currently seeking a Sales Manager for the Atlanta Area to help drive business growth and expand our client base. If you have a passion for IT solutions and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!
Required Experience
• Proven Sales Experience : 5+ years in IT infrastructure, data center services, or related industries.
• Industry Knowledge : Understanding of data center operations, structured cabling, and IT hardware solutions is a significant advantage.
• Business Acumen : Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Communication & Collaboration : Ability to work efficiently across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Self-Starter : Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Travel Flexibility : Comfortable with frequent travel to meet customers and attend events.
Responsibilities
• Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities in the data center and IT infrastructure sectors.
• Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Communicate efficiently across company departments, working closely with operations, logistics, and project management teams to align sales efforts with project delivery.
• Market Research : Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Reporting : Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts.
• Travel Requirement : Frequent travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events is required.
