As a Sales Executive based in Wolverhampton, you will generate new business while managing customer enquiries and quotations. This full-time position offers a salary between £27,000 and £30,000 per annum. Your duties include making outbound calls to prospective clients, preparing and issuing timely quotations, and following up to maximise conversion rates. You will also process orders accurately, chase outstanding items, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, alongside a confident approach to building connections and delivering excellent service. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our busy and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer enquiries, following up on quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers. Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare and issue quotations in a timely manner. Follow up quotations to maximise conversion opportunities. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Chase outstanding quotations and identify sales opportunities. Re-engage with lapsed clients and build long-term relationships. Maintain and update customer records within the company database/CRM system. Work towards individual and team sales targets. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a sales, telesales, outbound sales or account management. Confident and professional telephone manner. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively. Positive attitude with a desire to achieve results.
