About the role Job Summary The Sales Engineering Specialist supports the sales process by providing technical expertise and helping customers understand how products meet their needs. This role bridges the gap between engineering and sales, ensuring technical accuracy and customer satisfaction. This job profile is intended for professionals who apply advanced knowledge of a job area. Required to manage projects / processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. We are looking for a Sales Engineer - Western Area End User to join our Flow Division team in Australia . Your main tasks and responsibilities: Planning, support and follow-up of sales activities in line with the sales strategy and defined processes. Identify new markets and business opportunities. Preparation of technical and commercial proposals in co-operation with the Tendering Team. Negotiating tender and contract terms with key accounts, to meet both client and company needs. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to reduce commercial risk and to maximize future business opportunities. Maintain and monitor up to date knowledge of competitor products and activities.
