At Preply Business we are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist that will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support our go to market teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our GTM teams are equipped with the resources, tools, and information they need to be effective in their role.   WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 1. Onboarding & Continuous Training - Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs for SDRs, Sales, and Post-Sales teams to accelerate ramp-up and productivity - Build ongoing enablement frameworks that reinforce skills, process discipline, product knowledge, and tool mastery - Collaborate with managers to ensure every team member stays sharp on messaging, methodology, and execution consistency 2. Turning strategy into Adoption - Translate process changes, GTM innovations, and product updates into structured enablement plans and bite-sized training assets (guides, micro-learnings, certifications). We currently use the SPICED qualification framework across the sales funnel. - Build clear rollout and measurement frameworks that track adoption and performance impact - Partner with RevOps & product teams to ensure alignment between process design and field execution 3. Coaching Through Insights - Leverage our toolstack (Outreach, Salesforce, Attention, Vitally) to identify behavioral and skill gaps - Partner with GTM leadership to integrate actionable coaching into regular cadences (1:1s, team sessions, QBRs) - Measure enablement ROI by linking training and coaching activities to improvements in conversion rates, deal velocity, and NRR 4. Change Management & Process Leadership - Act as a change ambassador during rollouts of new tools, metrics, or processes. - Ensure consistent communication and alignment between Enablement, RevOps, and GTM leaders - Own how new initiatives are packaged, launched, and reinforced across the commercial organization 5. External Learning Partnerships - Identify skill gaps that require external expertise (e.g., negotiation, executive selling, consultative discovery) - Source, evaluate, and manage vendors or external facilitators to complement internal enablement programs - Continuously benchmark Preply’s enablement function against best-in-class B2B SaaS practices WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: - Proven experience in Sales Enablement, RevOps Enablement, or GTM Learning & Development, in a B2B SaaS or marketplace business. - Deep understanding of B2B commercial motions (SDR, AE, KAM, and CS) and how they connect to business outcomes. - Demonstrated success in building and scaling onboarding or training frameworks. - Analytical mindset — comfortable using data and tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Attention, Gong, Vitally) to uncover insights and measure enablement impact. - Excellent project management and stakeholder alignment skills. - Clear and confident communication / storytelling ability — you make complexity simple and engaging. - Passion for learning, coaching, and driv
