Our platform combines Attack Surface Management, automated penetration testing, and advanced DAST to help organizations continuously discover, test, and remediate vulnerabilities across diverse environments.   Our AI agents autonomously detect security risks, enabling teams to secure applications faster and more efficiently than traditional methods.   With teams based in New York, San Diego, Paris, and Amsterdam, Escape is trusted by over 100 customers and has secured $18M from leading investors including Balderton Capital, Uncorrelated Ventures, and Y Combinator.   We're just getting started.     THE OPPORTUNITY Escape is seeking a Sales Director, North America to lead and expand our US sales organization during a pivotal phase of growth.   This is a rare opportunity to play a formative role in a fast-growing cybersecurity company, driving strategy and execution while benefiting from an established and innovative product, a growing customer base, and strong investor backing.   You will lead a high-performing sales team comprised of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Engineering resources, while owning revenue growth objectives across North America.   As Sales Director, you'll collaborate directly with founders and executive leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy, grow our enterprise presence, and develop a scalable revenue engine to support Escape’s growth trajectory.   This role suits a hands-on sales leader passionate about building, coaching, and scaling successful enterprise sales teams in a dynamic and competitive environment.     WHAT YOU'LL DO LEAD AND DEVELOP A HIGH-PERFORMING SALES TEAM - Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Engineer. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. - Conduct regular coaching sessions, deal reviews, and career development plans. - Drive the hiring and onboarding of top sales talent as the team scales. - Develop future sales leadership within the organization.   DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH - Own and exceed revenue targets for North America. - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across multiple sales segments. - Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility. - Ensure rigorous metrics, conversion tracking, and sales performance management. - Guarantee consistency throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to close.   EXPAND MARKET PRESENCE - Develop and execute strategies to increase enterprise adoption. - Identify and capitalize on new verticals, industries, and regions. - Build executive relationships with CISOs, security leaders, and key stakeholders. - Position Escape as the solution of choice for modern application security teams.   BUILD SCALABLE GO-TO-MARKET PROCESSES - Develop and iterate Escape’s North American sales playbook. - Partner with Marketing to enhance demand generation and pipeline creation. - Collaborate with Product and Engineering for market and customer feedback. - Implement best practices for sales efficiency and process repeatability.   COLLABORATE GLOBALLY - Work closely with teams across North America and Europe. - Align with leadership in Paris, Amsterdam, and the US to drive strategic execution. - Share competitive insights and contribute to company-wide direction. - Help determine Escape’s long-term growth path.     WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE FIRST 90 DAYS - Develop a deep understanding of Escape's platform, customers, and market landscape. - Build strong relationships with your team, customers, and leadership. - Evaluate current pipelines, processes, and sales performance. - Identify areas for improvement in exec
