Overview A leading European EV charging infrastructure provider is recruiting a Sales Director to drive commercial growth across the Netherlands. The role oversees direct sales, key accounts, and channel partner relationships, with responsibility for revenue performance and market expansion across fleet, retail, and public-sector segments in the Benelux region. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the Dutch sales strategy across direct and indirect channels. Manage a team of regional sales managers, key account managers, and inside sales staff. Oversee key account relationships with major Dutch fleet operators, retailers, automotive partners, and public authorities. Develop and implement pricing, tariff, and contract strategies for charging infrastructure. Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and demand creation campaigns. Forecast revenue accurately and report on pipeline health to executive leadership. Identify and develop new market segments, including HGV charging and depot solutions. Requirements Essential Qualifications 12+ years in B2B sales, with at least 5 in a leadership role within energy, mobility, or infrastructure. Track record of exceeding revenue targets in capital-intensive or infrastructure sectors. Strong network within Dutch fleet operators, retailers, automotive, or local authorities. Fluent in Dutch and English. Desired Qualifications Engineering background or technical sales experience. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot). Benefits Salary €130,000 – €155,000 gross per annum (base + variable). Company car and standard benefits apply.
