Role Overview As Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities across the Americas, with a particular focus on accelerating business development and expanding our presence on the U.S. West Coast. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role for someone who thrives on building strategic relationships, opening new markets, and delivering revenue growth within the cross-border payments industry. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape our commercial strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive sustainable growth across the region. Core Responsibilities: Strong academic background in engineering, business, or comparable experience Result-oriented with at least 5 years of experience and a track record in the payment industry, preferably cross-border payments Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role in the Americas Region – USA, Canada, Latin America Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset Excellent organizational and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with professional working proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
