Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, driven, sales development representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing CPA firm in North Carolina. SDR will be responsible for lead generation - developing and maintaining relationships to create new business and clients for our growing firm. Job Duties: • Identify and establish contact with potential new customers and clients. • Develop and maintain consistent contact with leads via phone call, email, or in-person meetings. • Attend events, networking and meetings to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers. • Demonstrate ability to meet sales objectives. • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales. • Generate and submit sales reports to management. • Act as face of company providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients to ensure repeat business. • Function effectively within a collaborative team environment. • Prospect new business opportunities with cold calling, emailing, and relationship building. • Interact daily with prospects via all contact outlets, including social media. • Develop best practices for catering to the target market and converting leads to new clients. • Participate in prospecting meetings with internal teams when needed. • Enter, update, and maintain CRM system regarding prospects' key information Benefits Available : • Medical, dental & vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Paid time off • Flexible work schedule
