About The Role The role focuses on contacting business owners across the U.S., qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Sales team. This is a fully remote position with interviews conducted by phone and video call. Compensation is $18/hr plus monthly bonus, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Role in Action Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from primarily cold lead sources. Qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities. Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified prospects. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets. Log and manage outreach in the CRM. Participate in call calibrations and roleplays to refine scripts, talk tracks, and messaging. Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends to communicate effectively with prospects. The Ideal Candidate At least 1 year of proven experience in a communication-based or people-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills. Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly over the phone. Coachable mindset with the drive to grow and improve continuously. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with CRM software and other software tools. Ability to work within multiple time zones across the U.S. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Prior experience in a high-volume phone environment or fast-paced people-facing role.
