The Customer Service team is tasked with dealing with customers and selling our products. Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are a vital part of Flymya’s sales process. Responsibilities: Assisting customers by processing sales of Flymya travel products like, Flight Tickets, Hotel Rooms, Car Rentals, Bus bookings and etc.,. Handling incoming bookings, calculating prices & charges and processing payments Resolving customer complaints in person or via phone and mail Contribute to team efforts to continuously improve the internal process and procedure of the Sales and Customer Service team. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Requirements: Understand & use the Airlines system (1A, 1B, 1G for ticket bookings). Excellent communication, social selling, active listening and representation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Proven customer support and sales experience Experience with ticketing and hospitality is preferential Require Customer service skills and proficiency working on computer Job Details: 5 day shifts within one week period (Monday through Sunday) Interview Test : Basic questionnaire will be part of the recruiting process.
