What you will do with us • You analyze and monitor sales and market performance across multiple country entities on a regular basis. • Based on recurring analyses, you prepare and continuously improve commercial and management reports. • Key drivers, trends and deviations in sales, pricing and profitability are identified by you and clearly translated into business implications. • You deeply analyze current trading results and margin development to support commercial and strategic decisions. • Dashboards and analytical reports are developed and maintained by you using MS Office applications including Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO). • In close collaboration with our International finance organization, you support planning, forecasting and scenario analyses. • You translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for management and senior stakeholders. What you will bring with you • You bring first professional experience in Sales Controlling, Business Controlling or Performance Management. • A strong analytical mindset and a solid understanding of sales, pricing and margin mechanics distinguish you. • You work confidently with Analytics tools and handle large data sets with ease. • Topics are approached by you in a structured, solution‑oriented and detail‑focused manner. • You are able to explain complex financial topics clearly and convincingly to different stakeholder groups. • Experience in an international or multi‑country environment would be a strong advantage.
