This role offers the chance to join a progressive business and contribute to its continued growth and success. The Role: • Implement and deliver the business plan for the assigned territory in line with corporate sales and commercial strategies • Translate strategic and tactical plans into practical actions that drive profitable performance across nominated accounts • Manage and develop key customer accounts, ensuring agreed development plans are successfully delivered • Utilise CRM systems and customer data to effectively promote the company’s value and service offering • Identify new business opportunities and support the development of high-potential accounts in collaboration with branch colleagues • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure requirements and expectations are consistently met • Respond to customer and stakeholder communications via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner • Maintain a strong understanding of company policies, vision, and the Integrated Management System • Promote teamwork and collaboration to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded • Ensure customer, stakeholder, and interested party requirements are reviewed and fulfilled The Person: • Degree qualified in a related discipline • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or service environment • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable • Strong team player with the ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner • Excellent communication and numeracy skills • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately • Strong awareness of Health & Safety requirements • Conscientious, hardworking, and capable of managing multiple priorities to tight deadlines • Comfortable working in a role that combines office-based duties with travel Interested?
