The Role – Where Sales Meets Execution
This role sits at the intersection of sales support, client coordination, and project execution.
You will play a key role in:
• Supporting the sales process
• Advancing opportunities into confirmed orders
• Ensuring projects are executed accurately and efficiently

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Sales Support & Client Interaction
• Respond to client inquiries and support inbound opportunities
• Assist in preparing and following up on quotes
• Help move opportunities from inquiry → quote → order
• Build strong working relationships with clients through responsiveness and reliability
Order Execution & Project Coordination (Primary Focus)
• Review and process orders with a high degree of accuracy
• Coordinate delivery timelines, installation schedules, and logistics
• Ensure all specifications, quantities, and configurations are correct
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to keep projects on track
Opportunity Advancement
• Follow up on open quotes and help convert them into orders
• Identify gaps or risks in project details and proactively address them
• Support the sales team in maintaining momentum on active opportunities
Systems & Organization
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
• Track project progress, communications, and key milestones
• Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving projects
What You Bring
Core Requirements
• 2+ years in a sales support, inside sales, project coordination, or operations role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving forward
• Ability to work with required technology, inclusive of CRM tools, Project software, advanced excel skills, and comfortable adapting and working with evolving technology.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Sales Capability
• Ability to follow up, build rapport, and move opportunities forward
• Confidence interacting with clients and supporting the sales process
• Natural ownership mindset—doesn’t let opportunities stall
Assets
• Experience in construction, interiors, or B2B project environments
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite/Zoho is a plus)
• Exposure to drawings, specifications, or estimation processes
