We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and providing general sales and administrative support. Your key duties will include: Answering customer calls and emails regarding product inquiries and orders. Processing orders efficiently and accurately. Assisting with general office administration and sales support. Making outgoing sales calls to existing customers Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
