As a Sales Advisor , you will serve as a trusted sales advisor and relationship-builder, guiding prospective residents through a highly personalized decision-making journey while introducing them to a luxury lifestyle focused on wellness, lifelong learning, engagement, and exceptional service. Through thoughtful conversations, you will help prospective residents envision the possibilities of life at The Mather while creating a seamless, high-touch experience tailored to their individual goals, interests, and aspirations. In this relationship-driven role, you will respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism, cultivate lasting relationships with prospects and depositors, maintain detailed and accurate information within our CRM system, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support a seamless sales and move-in experience. Success in this position requires the ability to build trust, deliver luxury-level service, manage multiple relationships with exceptional attention to detail, and consistently create experiences that reflect Mather's mission, values, and commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced luxury senior living sales professional with a strong understanding of the Life Plan Community sales process, including relationship cultivation, depositor engagement, and move-in coordination. They are passionate about creating personalized experiences, possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and excel at guiding prospective residents through a thoughtful and often complex decision-making process. The successful candidate builds trust that reflects Mather's commitment to wellness, hospitality, and exceptional service. This is a full-time, hourly, 100% on-site position at The Mather Evanston. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Initiate contact with and respond to assigned prospect inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner as defined in sales training and goals, consistently delivering a ‘Mather experience’ for each customer. Maintain current, complete and accurate data in the CRM lead management system following established program procedures. Act as a liaison between prospects/depositors and Mather team members involved in the sales and residency approval process. Establish strong prospect and depositor relationships. Coordinate duties as requested by Director of Sales. Establish and maintain productive working relationships with managers and team members. Distribute and collect depositor applications in an accurate and timely manner, forwarding to the appropriate team to assure a timely review and approval/move-in process. Identifies areas for improvement, proposes possible solutions, and participates in data collection and process changes as part of the Quality Assurance Process Improvement process. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Required: Sales experience in a service-related industry. Strong computer skills. Ability to maintain a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, services and policies. Flexible, self-motivated and professional demeanor. Excellent written & oral communication Preferred: College degree or equivalent. Experience working with older adults  The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting.
