Are you an organised, detail-oriented Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment?
We're partnering with a global organisation operating within the electronics supply chain, looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to support a high-performing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of data, managing multiple priorities, and playing a key role in ensuring the sales process runs smoothly.
The Role
Working closely with the commercial team, you'll provide end-to-end sales administration support, ensuring customer orders, quotations and sales data are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
Processing customer orders, quotations and sales documentation.
Maintaining accurate customer, pricing and product information within internal systems.
Managing high volumes of sales data with exceptional accuracy.
Coordinating with internal departments including Operations, Logistics and Finance to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
Supporting account managers with reporting, pipeline administration and customer requests.
Producing regular sales reports and assisting with forecasting activities.
Ensuring all customer enquiries are handled professionally and within agreed service levels.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment and has excellent organisational skills.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator or Commercial Administrator.
Experience supporting a busy sales team in a distribution, logistics, supply chain, electronics or similar B2B environment.
Strong data entry and administration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
A proactive attitude with the confidence to work closely with sales professionals and cross-functional teams.
