Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage sales orders for IT products and services with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer and product data using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with technical teams to verify product details and ensure accurate, competitive pricing.
• Act as a liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments to support clear and effective communication.
• Respond to customer queries, providing prompt, helpful information and outstanding service.
• Handle administrative support tasks including documentation, reporting, and scheduling for the sales team.
What We're Looking For:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales administration role, ideally within the IT sector.
• Confident using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Good understanding of IT products, services, and trends in the tech industry.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
