We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a  Sales Admin Team Member  from the month of August 2026. You will be working a minimum of 2 days a week, with occasional flexibility required and will be based at our Head Office in North Ryde. Hours needed as stated below: • Monday 12pm - 17:00pm • Friday 12pm - 17:30pm • January Sales Period • Process allocated sales administration inbox queries and emails in a timely manner • Assist with processing order cancellations and variations and ensure requests have required approval • Assist with booking stock sold for required delivery date • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High level of attention to detail • High level of organizational ability • Confident working autonomously with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Key Behaviours & Attributes: • Professional, honest, and reliable • A team player with a focus on business outcomes • Flexible, responsive to change, and able to manage confidential information with discretion • Approachable and trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity This role is perfect for someone looking to contribute to a busy, fast-paced team and gain some valuable experience.
