The Sales Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the sales team, responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding the professional host network for a leading travel and hospitality platform. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective hosts and partners, leveraging your sales skills, relationship-building expertise, and product knowledge to champion the benefits of joining a thriving marketplace. Success in this role requires a motivated, results-driven individual eager to shape the future of travel and property management. Key Responsibilities: Host Acquisition and Relationship Building Identify and engage new hosts in priority locations, focusing both on individuals and professionals.  Utilize multi-channel outreach (emails and phone) to educate prospects on the platform’s value, market trends, and industry best practices.   Establish rapport and build trust with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Deliver consultative sales pitches and tailored solutions to prospective hosts, guiding them through the onboarding process.  Pipeline Management  Utilize Salesforce and other internal tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize client workflows. Consistently meeting or exceeding individual outreach goals and acquisition KPIs. Manage a pipeline of high-value leads, ensuring consistent progress towards growth goals. Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations based on market feedback and client interactions. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement Actively champion the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to identify opportunities for account growth and product/process improvements.  Collaborate closely with territory sales teams, program managers, and internal stakeholders to achieve team and company goals by refining best practices and delivering outstanding results. Stay current on industry trends and leverage new tools to maximize client success. Engage actively in ongoing training, personal development, and knowledge sharing. Requirements 2 years of sales, business development, or recruitment experience (preferably in travel, property, SaaS, or digital marketing). C2 level of Italian and C1 level of English Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting. Formal sales training or top individual contributor recognition (e.g., President’s Club) is a plus. Experience with outbound sales and managing high-volume queries across multiple platforms. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Strong organization, time management, and multitasking capabilities. Coachable, resilient, and ambitious mindset. High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service. Awareness of social media and adaptability to changing business needs.
